From lease to rent collected, without a rent spreadsheet.
Landlords and property managers need every unit, lease and rent due in one place. Circumz generates the rent schedule from the lease, invoices it through Finance and tracks deposits and maintenance per unit.

What changes for a real estate business.
What changes in the day-to-day work.
Properties, units and leases
Residential and commercial units, with leases from draft through renewal or termination. Two active leases cannot overlap on one unit.
Rent that bills itself
The schedule is generated from the lease and invoiced through the same Finance path as every other sale. A period can never be billed twice.
Deposits and maintenance
A deposit ledger and maintenance requests per unit keep the tenant history in one record.
Books that follow
With Accounting on, rent invoices, receipts and deposits post to the ledger and the tenant deposits account.
Owner statements, a tenant portal, online rent payment and government registry integrations are not included.
