Properties and units
Buildings, compounds and plots with rentable units, area, market rent and status.
Leases
Draft, active, renewed and terminated. The database refuses two active leases on one unit for overlapping dates.
Rent schedule
Generated from the lease, with the last period pro-rated by days, and invoiced through Finance without ever double-billing a period.
Deposits
An append-only ledger of received, refunded and deducted. A refund can never exceed the balance held.
Maintenance requests
Open, in progress and completed per unit, with vendor and cost shown on the unit and property.
Renewal
Create the next lease pre-filled from the old one, with an optional escalation percentage.

Tenants are CRM customers; rent is invoiced and collected through Finance. Everything references the same customer, project and financial records — no exports, no re-keying.

- No Ejar or other government registry integration.
- Leases in a currency other than the company's are skipped by rent invoicing with a reason shown.
