Supply workers by the hour and know the margin.
For companies that supply workers to customers. Rate cards set what each trade bills, deployments put a worker at a customer from a date, timesheets are approved by the customer's signatory, and approved hours become a draft invoice. Margin is billed value against the worker's loaded cost.

Built for the real workflow.
What Manpower does in Circumz today.
Rate cards
Regular and overtime hourly rate per customer and trade, with validity dates.
Requests and deployments
A customer asks for N workers of a trade; deployments fill it. Rates are copied onto the deployment so a later change never reprices past work.
No double booking
A database constraint refuses two overlapping active deployments for one worker.
Timesheets
Hours entered on a day grid and written to the HR attendance register, so there is one set of hours. Draft, submitted, approved with the customer signatory recorded, then billed.
Billing
Invoice approved timesheets in one step: one draft tax invoice per customer, with a regular-hours and an overtime line per timesheet. Running it again finds nothing to bill.
Margin
Billed value against loaded cost, by customer, worker or deployment. Cost is shown only to users who can view HR.
Not a silo. A step in the chain.
Workers come from HR; billing goes through Finance; the same hours sit in the attendance register. Everything references the same customer, project and financial records — no exports, no re-keying.

Worth knowing before you evaluate. These are limits of the module as it ships, not a feature list.
- Approval is recorded by your staff on the customer's behalf. There is no customer portal.
- No minimum billable hours, public-holiday billing rules or per-site rates.
- No accommodation, transport or visa cost per worker, and no recruitment pipeline.
- Only invoices in the company's base currency are generated.
