Employees
Department, nationality, ID, basic pay with housing, transport and other allowances, bank and IBAN, and status.
Documents
Residence permits, passports and licences with expiry dates, and lists of what has expired or expires within 60 days.
Leave
Types with entitlement, request and approval, balances, and overlapping leave refused by the database.
Attendance
One row per employee per day with regular and overtime hours. The same register feeds payroll and Manpower timesheets.
Monthly payroll
Proration for joiners and leavers, unpaid leave and absence, overtime at the company multiplier, employee and employer insurance, and an end-of-service accrual. Draft runs can be adjusted; approval freezes them.
End of service
A figure on termination using the rule in settings: none, or the Saudi Labour Law articles 84 and 85.

- No WPS (Mudad) file or GOSI submission. The bank list is a plain CSV for your finance team.
- No final settlement document or payout of end-of-service.
- Insurance rates are company settings and default to zero; Circumz does not assume statutory rates.
- No recruitment, appraisals, training or employee self-service.
- Anyone who can view HR can see salaries; there is no separate payroll permission.
