Manpower Supply

Deploy workers, approve hours, bill the customer, see the margin.

A manpower company earns the difference between the hourly rate it bills and what each worker costs. Circumz keeps the rate card, the deployment, the approved timesheet and the invoice on one thread, with worker cost from HR.

A timesheet awaiting customer approval, with the hours grid and billed value. Demo data.

01The workflow

The modules, in the order your work happens.

  1. 1Customer request
  2. 2Deployment
  3. 3Timesheet
  4. 4Customer approval
  5. 5Invoice
  6. 6Margin
02Why it fits

What changes for a manpower supply business.

What changes in the day-to-day work.

01

One set of hours

Timesheet hours are written to the HR attendance register, so payroll and billing read the same hours.

02

Rates frozen at deployment

Billing and cost rates are copied onto the deployment. A later rate-card change never reprices work already done.

03

Bill in one step

Approved timesheets become one draft tax invoice per customer, with regular and overtime lines. Finance reviews and issues.

04

Margin by customer and worker

Billed value against loaded hourly cost, which includes allowances, employer insurance and end-of-service accrual.

05

Document expiry

Workers with expired residence permits or licences are flagged before they are deployed.

Customers do not approve timesheets in a portal; your staff record the customer's approval. Visa, accommodation and transport costs per worker are not tracked.
