No re-keying

Quotations become contracts, contracts become projects, POs are raised from BOQ lines — the data moves, people don't retype it.

Cost where it happens

Material issued to site posts to the project the same moment the stock leaves the warehouse — not at month-end.

Margin while it matters

Budget, actual and invoiced amounts sit on one project record, so an overrun shows up in week six, not at handover.

Project cost is built from actual purchases, stock issues and expenses — so budget vs. actual, margin and receivables are current without anyone assembling a report.

Nine built-in roles — owner, administrator, project, procurement, warehouse, finance, logistics, fleet and sales — with permissions to view, create, edit, delete and approve, set per module.

  • Approvals where they matter — purchase requests are approved before they become orders.
  • Activity on every record — who created, received, issued or paid, and when.
05Saudi Arabia

Designed around ZATCA's document model.

Saudi VAT and e-invoicing are part of the finance data model — not a regional add-on to a generic international invoice.

  • Document types — tax invoice, simplified tax invoice, credit note, debit note and prepayment.
  • Party data — VAT and CR numbers with bilingual Arabic/English names and addresses.
  • Structured output — XML representation, signing, QR codes and validation.

Invoicing currently runs in a clearly labelled demo mode — documents follow the real model but are never submitted to ZATCA's live platform. Circumz does not claim ZATCA certification.
